Standard Delivery Policy

Next day delivery anywhere in Ireland provided orders are received by us before 5pm and we have the stock.  Please note that some furniture requires a longer delivery time and you will be informed by email of the alternative delivery date.  These items may also incur an extra charge, of which you will be notified by email before the order is processed.

Delivery Charges

For orders of €75.00 ex vat and over in value, delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.

For orders under €75.00 ex vat in value, delivery will cost €6.50

Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.ronniemoore.ie

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee.  All goods must be unused in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.  Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit the card or account we have on file for you.

Backorders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified. If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
